Alarm set for: 7:00
Woke up: 7:48am
(sh**t I overslept)

How am I feeling?
I am tired today. Not as tired as I have been before, but more tired than yesterday. Maybe my theory wasn’t right. Maybe 5 hours is enough sleep for me. If I am going to feel so sleepy anyway, I don’t see why I should continue wasting so much time sleeping, but I did say I’d give it thirty days and it’s only been three. I’ll stick it out a little longer I guess.
